Chuletas Can-Can!

Chuletas Can Can is a puertorican specialty born but available at Mi Viejo San Juan in Orlando. If you love pork ribs, forget the barbecue sauce and try for a change Chuletas Can Can. If you like pork chop, well, this is the enhance edition. And to top it off is a layer of crispy-fried pork skin, or "cuerito", as puertoricans like to call it. The rib, chop combination is served typically with rice 'n beans and plantains "tostones".No pre-treated, fried per order until the right crispy texture on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside.  ENJOY! mmm, so yummy, caution: you will get greasy fingers, no shame! Comparta, sabroso!!

Adore our Bistec Encebollao!

A staple in puertorican cuisine, upholding the Puerto Rican roots, making mother and gradma "la abuela" proud, this dish is prepared in every puertorican home. Served with tostones or white rice and red beans. Using the right piece of steak, marinated in oil, oregano, vinegar and onions, this juicy steak topped with smothered caramelized onions is a great lunch or meal any day or night of the week. "Using the right cut of steak when making this delicious dish. If you love a juicy steak, the touch of vinegar flavor mixed with onions will satisfy your cravings, especially when adding the tostones into the mix. A side of pico de gallo for a kick is included. enjoy, they are just great!

"I went with my wife and other family members. Everyone had a great time. The beer ice cold and the food amazing. The food was like the way I get it in Puerto Rico. The food was perfect, the rice , beans, carne frita, chicharron de pollo, etc. They really know what they are doing. Definitely coming back! Really good prices and service with a smile. Absolutely love it!!!" Ricardo T. Orlando FL, 5 stars review Yelp
